Why to use canthaxanthin?
 
Canthaxanthin widespread in bacteria, algae, crustaceans and insects, some fish and birds are also found in its existence, and through these creatures enter the food chain .

Due to the presence of eleven double bond, canthaxanthin
structure has poor stability, sensitive to oxygen, light, heat,
moisture and oxidants.
 
Spring red (canthaxanthin) powder particle is utilized with the
advanced technology of two layers embedded. Canthaxanthin
molecular treated by antioxidant stabilization processing was
embedded in the matrix of the network structure, and then the
matrix surface is to coat a layer of starch and form a round,
compact , uniform particle, to ensure its stability for storage.
 
A large number of accelerated tests showed spring red with good stability itself, such as storing 180 days under 40℃ canthaxanthin retention rate is still more than 90%, equivalent to a world-class product, much higher than domestic similar products. Under the same experimental conditions, a domestic product is storing 180 days, the retention rate is only 60% more.
